These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Smart WiFi Analyzer ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app store terms.

The App displays information about Wi-Fi networks visible to your device, such as signal strength, channel, channel width, security type, SSID, and BSSID. This information is provided by Android and nearby network signals, and may be incomplete, delayed, restricted by Android permissions, or affected by device hardware and system settings.
You are responsible for using the App only on networks and in environments where you have the right to perform Wi-Fi analysis.
The optional speed test feature sends and receives test traffic through external network endpoints to estimate ping, download speed, and upload speed. Results are approximate and may vary based on server availability, network congestion, device state, and measurement options.
Speed tests consume network data. Charges may apply if you run them on a metered or cellular connection. You are responsible for any data usage incurred while using this feature.
The App is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the advertiser's and Google's terms and policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. By using the App, you also acknowledge the App's privacy practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. The App may check for version information, recommend an update, or require an update before continuing if your installed version is below the minimum supported version.
We may suspend, discontinue, or limit the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it displays is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of data, profits, or device performance issues.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
